HOW TO LOGIN TO CPANEL WITH DYNAMIC IP (IP ADDRESS KEEPS CHANGING)

It sucks when trying to log in to your cpanel and you get the message "Your ip address has changed", it gets on your nerves especially when you need to get something done urgently
. For months my website saw no substantial change no thanks to dynamic ip.

So whats the cause of this dreaded message and act of the cpanel auto-logging one out or denying one access to the cpanel, its called "dynamic ip". Dynamic ip is when the ip address provided by ISP keeps changing, for a comprehensive knowledge on it please do a search on goggle.

STEPS TO ACCESS THE CPANEL FROM A DYNAMIC IP

1. Go to http://hidemyass.com/proxy-listhttp://hidemyass.com/proxy-list select a working proxy preferably a fast one. steps on how to configure your browser to use the proxy will be found at the end of the page.

2. Log in to cpanel with

3. Create a sub-domain 'cpanel'

4. Download cpanelproxy on your computer

5. Go to the recently created sub-domain in the file manager public_html/cpanel

6. Upload the cpanelproxy and extract. voila! thats it

7. Now you can log in to the cpanel without using proxy.

8. To log in enter "cpanel.yourdomain.com"
